Mangrove tree bark, contains  tannin - the substance that produces a natural brown hue, and that's what we are going to play with!
You get to dye a tote bag and bring home, you will also bring home a piece of square furoshiki and learn how to use it as replacement for single use plastic bags.
In addition, you can bring a piece of your old clothing that you wish to dye to become anew! Suitable materials would be light/white in color, natural fabric (as in not a lot of synthetic/nylon/polyester in it)
Its always a fun-filled gathering everytime we do it, very suitable for friends and family, and why not do this the next time you have a birthday to celebrate!?
