Shipping policy

Dear customers, due to the current Movement Control Order, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and rest assured that we are doing our best to fulfill your orders as soon as possible! You may continue to track your parcel if you have received the tracking link via your email.

• We offer standard shipping for all orders made in xiapism Natural Dye Online Store.
• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
• We have different rate depending on the destination of delivery. You will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
• Free shipping is provided to West Malaysia if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 100 and above
• All shipments are processed in our Malaysia facility to the world.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes
• Orders will be processed and shipped once payment is received.
• Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
